MASSIVE Earthquake in Japan Today

On Friday, around 2:45PM (local time in Japan), an 8.9 magnitude earthquake struck Japan, off the coast of Sendai (not far from Tokyo). This quake is the 5th largest quake in the world that has been reported since 1900. With a disaster like this, come tsunamis – not just aimed at Japan but headed toward Polynesia, islands in the South Pacific, some of Southeast Asia, Hawaii and even China.

If you are live in or are currently visiting Japan, Top Knotch Gear sends positive thoughts your way. If you are in the line of the tsunamis, we hope you can get to safety and high grounds.
